Come October 2010, gymnastics fans from all over the
world will come to Rotterdam, the Netherlands, to attend the
2010 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships, a unique
chance to see the world’s best gymnasts in action.
The qualification process for the 2012 Olympics starts at
the 2010 World Championships, where current champions and
up-and-coming stars alike will do their utmost to stay in
the running for London 2012. These 2010 Worlds are a
so-called ‘major World Championships’, consisting as they do
of team events as well as individual all-round and event
finals. It should be a magnificent event to attend.
Ticket sales have now resumed in order to enable fans
from all over the world to buy tickets well in advance of
the championships themselves. Real fans should look into
purchasing an all-sessions ticket, which gives entry to all
nine days of competition, plus two of the four days of
podium training (the days on which the Dutch teams have
their podium training sessions). An all-sessions ticket is
your best choice if you want to attend the Rotterdam World
Championships from start to finish, but of course you can
buy individual tickets to the various parts of the
competition, as well.
